Why that title?

Our world encourages us to strive for a ridiculous amount of income because what we have just won't do.  Have you ever noticed how many times it is said by yourself or others, "I would be happier if I just had this amount" but once you got what you were striving for...you were just as unhappy and wanted even more.  Kids are being bullied at younger ages than ever before because (in my opinion) parents are looking at parenting as a chore… instead of what is best for their child whom they love.  Selfishness is the underlying root of evil.  And where do I begin about the warped self-image for women (and men!).

I used to have the title, "Life is a mess" because it really is just that. However I have decided to change it to "Heart Changing" because as I am aware that life is a mess, I am just as convinced that with the Lord at my right hand, my heart will be changed into loving life on earth and sharing Him with all the nations.

I’ve heard the truth of how we should really spend our money, "Do not save riches for yourselves here on earth, where moths and rust destroy, and robbers break in and steal. Instead, save riches for yourselves in heaven, where moths and rust cannot destroy, and robbers cannot break in and steal. For your heart will always be where your riches are." (Mat 6:19-21)

And the truth of how we should view ourselves, "[Our] beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as braided hair and the wearing of gold jewelry and fine clothes. Instead, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God's sight "(1 Peter 3:3-4)

And how we should act towards one another, “Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.” (Ephesians 4:32) “Rest in the Lord and wait patiently for Him; Do not fret because of him who prospers in his way... Better is the little of the righteous than the abundance of many wicked.” (Psalm 37:7, 16)

With any opportunity given to me I try to make my decisions and inner thoughts, those of which glorifying to God because I know He has my best interest at heart and those of His other children who I come in contact with every day.
